Our embroidery machines can handle logos of up to 12 colours and we have 1, 4, 8 and 12 head embroidery machines allowing us to cope with both large & small run orders up to a total of 8000 garments per shift, per week.

Our Screen printing department can handle up to 3500 garments per week using our 6 head automatic printing carousel & is a popular form of decorating on workwear, team kit, Hen T-shirts & Stag shirts.
Screen printing is a fast & clean process producing an attractive durable product that ages well with the garment. It is requested most on T-shirts but is also used a lot on workwear & uniform.
Most suited to large runs, screen printing on to garments, panels & bags can be highly cost effective but is expensive on smaller orders due to the per colour set-up costs. See our screen printing page for pricing.
For smaller jobs or highly detailed multi colour designs we recommend our HEAT SEAL TRANSFER option over screen printing because there is often no set-up charge making the product more affordable.
